Light Environment Control S.L (LEC), a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of energy-efficient lighting systems using lamps and luminaires with the best technology available on the market, which enables improvement in luminous efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions, is aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and meeting their needs, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, and energy management.
Therefore, it has established a Policy appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization, regarding the magnitude and environmental impacts of its activities, products, and services, occupational health and safety risks, and the magnitude of the organization’s energy use and consumption. This Policy supports its strategic direction and serves as the framework for the following objectives:
- Achieving full customer satisfaction through research, development, and innovation, designing and supplying products that meet and even exceed their expectations throughout their lifecycle.
- Reducing environmental impact and pollution, both in our manufacturing processes and throughout the lifecycle of our products, through innovations in design and production that make them increasingly environmentally friendly.
- Accident and health damage prevention for our personnel through their qualification, proper risk assessment, and continuous review of our work methods.
- To promote compliance with LEC’s company requirements regarding Quality, Environment, Energy Management, Health and Safety, and R&D among collaborators and suppliers to achieve process efficiency.
- To support the acquisition of energy-efficient products and services to enhance energy performance.
- To support design activities aimed at improving energy performance.
- To continuously work on raising awareness among staff regarding the detection of preventive actions within the Integrated Management System.
- Commitment to consulting and involving workers, as well as worker representatives, when they exist.
- To have the necessary information and resources to achieve energy objectives and goals.
For its achievement, LEC commits to complying with all legal or agreed requirements associated with our activity, including those related to energy efficiency, energy use, and consumption, and to ensuring that all individuals in our organization actively participate in achieving these objectives.
All of the above guided by a continuous improvement environment of our quality processes, innovation, environmental practices, eco-design, and energy performance, leading us towards excellence in our processes and products.
This integrated quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work, and Energy Management policy is mandatory for all personnel of LEC, S.L. and is available to relevant stakeholders, as appropriate.
